Overview
A full year of
technical
support
is provided with every new purchase of a
NETWAY
Tool
and including software and firmware upgrades, as well
hardware related issues.
Smart Engineering Tools, Inc. maintains a
database containing product purchase date, serial number,
hardware, software, and firmware revision as well any
additional purchased software, drivers, and libraries to
keep track of
support
eligibility
(the same information stored in the
<serialnumber>.opt file, following
installation of the
NETWAY
Application Program).
To upgrade a Netway Device with new firmware revision,
the
NETWAY
Application Program
must be installed from supplied CD, in order to create a
<serialnumber>.opt file on the user PC.
Registration
A user must
Register
with Smart Engineering Tools, Inc. to obtain a
valid Login Name and Password in order to download any
software, drivers, and libraries from this site.
Registered users must
Login
and enter a valid Login Name and Password to access and download purchased software, drivers,
and/or libraries, by downloading the desired file,
choosing <save>, and selecting a location on
the hard drive for saving.
If a registered user
Forgets
their Login Name and/or
Password or a login attempt fails: click the
Login Info
and enter your email address to receive your user
profile attributes as it appears in our database.
A message will inform users when their
technical
support
has expired.
Registered users who wish to purchase
extended
support
should
contact
Smart Engineering Tools, Inc.
Registered users can alter their user profiles at any
time from the
Renew
profile
screen, and those who have purchased a new
NETWAY
Tool,
can
Renew
their user profile (Login Name and Password) to receive
a year of technical support for that
NETWAY
Tool.
This
Brief Form
also allows users to receive special
discounts
and other benefits as well as notification of improved
versions of the
NETWAY
Application Program
as they become available.

Netway software/applications
currently support the following operating systems:
Windows 2000 Professional and Windows 2000 Server with Service Pack 2 or
later,
Windows XP with Service Pack 1 or later.

which is available on-line in CHM format, in
downloadable ZIP format or included in
NETWAY
Application.
