One full year of technical Support is provided with purchase of Netway tool. Purchase date and serial number are stored in the hardware and <serialnumber>.opt file, distributed with installation of the Netway Application and available for download.  SET Inc. data base keeps track of Support Eligibility for current and past Netway users.

Registered users can  Login  and enter a valid Login Name and Password to download purchased software libraries and/or option file.

Registration Form  allows users to receive special notification of improved versions of the Netway Application as they become available.

 NOTE:  If a registered user  Forgets  their Login Name and/or Password or a login attempt fails:

• Please provide email address to receive your user profile  and notifications.
• An email will be issued when Technical Support has expired. In such case user should contact us to purchase Support Extension.
• Registered users who have purchased a new Netway Tool, can  Renew profile  to receive a Technical Support extention.

Installation Information:

Download  Netway.zip  on your hard-drive, unzip and run installation program (SetupNetway.exe).

USB or PXI drivers will be automatically installed as a part of installation process of the Netway Application.

In order to download Netway Application and/or Premium Control Libraries, user must Register with Smart Engineering Tools, Inc. and obtain a valid Login Name and Password.

  The purchase date and serial number information of the Netway Tool are required for registration.

  Each hardware type requires appropriate hex file when downloading firmware.

To install new premium options while upgrading firmware, a <serialnumber>.opt file must be aquired from SET Inc. and copied to user PC.
