NETWAY SUPPORT

A full year of product warranty and technical support is included in the price of each NETWAY tool. This provides free software/firmware upgrades and hardware support for one year from the purchase date.

However user must Register with Smart Engineering Tools, Inc. to obtain a valid Login Name and Password in order to download NETWAY Applications, NETWAY Libraries, or NETWAY Drivers.

Extended warranty and technical support can be purchased at the following rates:

• 1 year extension: $200 per unit
• 4 year extension: $600 per unit

Trade-in hardware upgrades for NETWAY Tools can be advantageous for the following reasons:

• Product warranty and technical support are extended for an additional year.
• Replacement existing device with the latest hardware, options and protocols, firmware, and software revisions are available at discounted prices.
• New hardware options, such as daughter boards for additional channels or custom protocols, can be purchased at discounted prices.

 FREE BONUS: Purchase either extended warranty and technical support or trade-in hardware upgrade and Smart Engineering Tools, Inc. will provide 'Extended CAN' and 'CAN Histogram' premium options free of charge!!
